Tatiana Veller is Managing Director of HVS Executive Search in Russia. Tatiana specializes in Executive Search and compensation consulting for all facets of the Hospitality industry in the territory of Russia, CIS and the Baltics. Outside of Tatiana’s Executive Search background with some leading US companies, she possesses six years in managerial positions in operations and headquarters in various settings in Hospitality and Food Service industries in Russia and the US. Additionally, Tatiana has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Russian Academy of Economics n.a. Plekhanov and an MBA in International Management. This gives Tatiana a unique understanding of the industry and the types of people who can drive performance.

Varvara Ivanova is a Consultant for HVS Executive Search – Russia. Her first exposure to recruiting occurred when she joined HVS in 2007 as a summer intern, and as a result developed a strong interest for the hospitality industry, Executive Search and HR consulting. Varvara joined HVS Executive Search on full-time basis in July 2008. She majored in Ecology from the Moscow Technical University of Roads and Transport; following graduation, Varvara worked for several years in the retail industry. She served in various roles, culminating in her general oversight for operations of one of the major retailers of professional dance clothing and accessories in Moscow. Varvara specializes in Executive Search for property-level management in all facets of the hospitality industry in Russia and CIS.

Mikhail joined HVS in October 2009 to spearhead the Russia operations of HVS Career Network (HCN). Mikhail has been involved in the travel and hospitality industry since 2001 holding various operational and sales and marketing roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Russia, Thailand and Indonesia. He has won the ‘Employee of the Month’ award five times while with the company. In 2007 Mikhail moved to London with Starwood. Shortly after, he joined a global event management company, heading up their operations in Russia & CIS region. Mikhail was responsible for launching the company’s brands and services across Russia and led several successful events including Russia's first Travel Distribution Summit, winning recognition in CIS region at the corporate level. Mikhail’s result-oriented approach combined with a deep understanding of hospitality operations, position him well to serve HCN’s property-level clients in Russia and CIS. Mikhail has a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Russian Finance and Economics Institute and a Certificate in Business Communications from Malvern House Academy in UK.
