Natwar Nagar - Director
Natwar Nagar, Director, Executive Search with HVS India office, initiated the division in 2001. He has more than a decade’s successful experience in the area of Executive Search, built on his insight into people dynamics and the ability to seek out key executives whose perspectives and competencies match the future needs of the business. He has considered attrition trends and the availability of a talent pool to make successful forays into other sectors like real estate, creating a strong presence in the latter's terraferma. He has created a team that has specialized in senior management search assignments for a wide variety of clients, including multi-national corporations, mid-cap and start-up companies and governmental units.

Arushi Bhattacharya - Associate Director
Arushi, is an Associate Director with HVS Executive Search - New
Delhi. She specializes in Executive Search practice for sectors
like Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate, Consumer
and Manufacturing. With a total of 10 years of experience in the
Executive Search Industry, she has worked with some of the best
Global Search firms in the past.She has worked across functional
practices inluding Finance, IT , HR, Legal and closed a number of
CXO positions as part of her career.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource
Management from Symbiosis, Pune.

Jayant Sundaresan
Jayant joined HVS Executive Search in July 2006 and is based at
Gurgaon. With a background in psychology and management followed
by a decade of work experience, he helps HVS extend its reach in
the Real Estate vertical, in addition to spearheading HVS Executive
Search's training and internal hire initiatives.
Over the years, he has worked on multiple assignments across industries
and has done work on providing complete top management teams.
Prior to this, he worked with Acqvire Talent Services Ltd., a Grow
Talent company, now a part of Manpower Inc. Prior to ATSL, he worked
with Executive Access (India) Pvt. Ltd., now a part of Hat Pin plc.
He began his career in the Mental Health Care industry, working
with a start up called Tarshi.
Jayant has a deep interest in studying human behavior and has spent
time on working on acquiring skills for the assessment of individuals.
