With more than a decade of experience in search, she has worked with some of the best known global search firms in the past. Arushi has been strongly associated with business development and account management, having closed a number of CXO positions as part of her career. She is well networked and has maintained excellent relationships with all clients she has been associated with. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune.

Anupama Jaiswal is a Senior Associate with HVS Executive Search in New Delhi. A hospitality management graduate from the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Anupama has over 12 years experience in hotel operations and human resources. She began her career in hospitality with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the Rooms Division and thereafter joined the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Delhi. A selection of her clients include Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, The Park Hotels and Royal Orchid Hotels.
