Now in its fifth year, the HCE London Hotel Salary Report includes data from the highest number of participants yet – 74 hotels in total. Compiled through the HCE Hospitality Compensation Exchange®, the report presents data on the following:

The average Executive Committee salary stands at £62,683, up from £58,598 in 2007, while Directors of Sales and Marketing scored the biggest salary increases with the average salary climbing 14%.
