HVS was hired by the Board of Directors to conduct a review of the board’s governance policies, establish a performance review process and create a compensation program for board members that met industry standards.

HVS conducted personal interviews with each board member and the senior management team and drafted recommendations on each area of concern. The final report was submitted to the Chairman, upon which many of the HVS recommendations were implemented.
