The Project
HVS Executive Search was retained by Circle Peak Capital (Sharis’ private equity partner) to identify a seasoned restaurant excutive to take over from the organization’s long-term CEO who was retiring.

The HVS Assignment
The primary goal for the new CEO was to oversee the development and execution of optimal business, marketing and capital strategies to ensure the sustainability of the enterprise while maintaining the special long-standing culture of the organization created by the retiring CEO, Larry Curtis.

The Results
In a highly targeted search that involved an extensive interview process with the senior leadership at Sharis and the Circle Peak Capital board members, HVS Executive Search secured Bruce MacDiarmid, a restaurant industry veteran who has worked with companies like Black Angus Steakhouse, Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurants as well as the Paragon Restaurant Group.
