Based on discussions with you, we define the job parameters and
identify the professional and personal qualifications you require in an
ideal candidate. A written profile and project timeline are developed
to aid in the search.
 A
research plan is developed to identify the field of potential
candidates. This plan uses our extensive research skills, ES Global
Reach® software and our broad industry network. Targeted candidates are
contacted and screened to ascertain interest and compatibility. A
weekly conference call is scheduled to keep you up-to-date on the
search assignment.
 Interviews
are conducted and assessment profiles are administered for potential
candidates, covering work experience, management style, personal
characteristics, and other essential criteria. Summaries of the top
candidates are presented to you and meetings are scheduled with the
selected individuals. Based on the assignment, other measures may
include the development of a customized candidate matrix and/or a
strategic "white paper".
 Feedback
from all parties is reviewed to measure interest and determine a course
of action. At your discretion, we may participate in employment
negotiations with the prospective executive. The terms of an agreement
are defined and communicated. HVS Executive Search
conducts business reference checks only. Background checks, drug testing and
so forth can be done by a third party provider at applicable costs.

We guarantee the candidate for a period of 12 months from the date of
hire. If the candidate leaves your employ within this period for any
reason we will replace the candidate at no additional fee, except for
out-of-pocket expenses.
