During my childhood, my family relocated every three years or so and I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to travel and see the world. From a very young age, I became adept at finding my feet in new cities and new surroundings and it was only natural that I would gravitate toward a career that allowed me to continue to explore the world. As general manager of some of Australia's and Hong Kong's most exclusive venues, I recognized early that making smart hiring decisions has a massive impact on the bottom line. I actively sought out peak performers in the industry to join my teams. And once the opportunity arose to specialize in executive search for the hotel industry, there was no looking back for me."
