Tatiana was born and raised in Moscow. She moved to the US after earning a graduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Russian Academy of Economics, Plekhanov. Tatiana spent the next few years working for multi-national hotel and restaurant companies as well as in hospitality executive search. Armed with a solid grounding in hospitality operations, Tatiana went on to secure an MBA before returning to Russia in 2007 to start the HVS Executive Search Moscow office. Tatiana is also the founding member of Moscow's Hospitality Ideas & Trends (HIT) Club. Established in March 2009, the Club has rapidly gained popularity as the leading forum for local HoReCa companies to network and discuss industry issues.
