Natwar began HVS's executive search practice in India and has also played a crucial role in building an organised platform in the compensation and productivity analysis for the Indian hospitality sector. Natwar has more than a decade of successful experience in the area of executive search, built on his insight into people dynamics. He has considered attrition trends and the availability of a talent pool to also make successful forays into non-hospitality sectors such as real estate, education and manufacturing.
